We are looking for a Studio Assistant to join our expanding multi-disciplinary team in East London.
This role is integral to our team, helping to ensure the smooth day-to-day running of the studio. You will be the first point of contact for visitors and staff, take pride in ensuring the studio is a clean, tidy and welcoming environment and that it is operating to its full potential.
The ideal candidate will be highly organised, enthusiastic and hardworking with the ability to multitask and prioritise under pressure. An interest in design and contemporary culture is a bonus.

Key Responsibilities
- Front of House
- Diary Management
- General maintenance of the studio and facilities
- Maintenance of studio supplies
- Administrative Support
- Arranging all travel & couriers
- Project support (on an ad hoc basis)
Experience
- At least 1 years experience working in a similar position within a professional environment
- Previous front of house and diary management experience
- Experience of organising international shipments including all the relevant paperwork and customs forms
- Ability to use admin systems and databases
- Excellent verbal and communication skills with a polite and professional telephone manner
- Computer literate – ideally with MAC experience. Knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud would be a bonus!
- Ability to multitask
- Ability to work on own initiative and troubleshoot problems as and when they arise
